Professional insulation using gun applicator

This moisture-curing one-component polyurethane foam is outstanding for its perfect adhesion to all common building materials, making it ideal for foaming in gaps in walls and filling perimeter joints. When applied with the foam gun, its special valve allows for clean and professional handling. Due to its excellent thermal insulation and soundproofing capabilities, it can be used to create insulating seals. 811 Universal Pistolen Schaum is a predominantly closed-cell foam that cures with moisture in the air. Once cured, it becomes semi-hard, rot-resistant and moisture-resistant. Temperatures between -40°C and +80°C are no problem for this product.

Applications

Main applications

Sealing windows and doors on the outside
Long-lasting perimeter joints in outdoor areas require resilient and elastic sealants.

Sealing windows and doors from the inside
Low emitting and elastic sealants allow for air-tight joints, preventing draughts and mould.
Filling wall openings
A safety valve makes it easier to carry out the foaming process in cavities using polyurethane foams.

Other applications

Installing formwork units
Weather-proof and fast-cure sealants are suitable for sealing formwork units.
