This two-component polyurethane foam saves valuable time on your building project and is super-easy to apply. Our 840 2K-Fix Schaum cures irrespective of the substrate or ambient moisture, so it should be kept free of any additional moisture. It can also be subjected to the full pressures of real-world use after just three hours. It will be ready for cutting after only 10 minutes. The high adhesive strength and consistent foam structure ensure top-class results when foaming in door frames and window elements. Thanks to its excellent ability to retain its shape, it can also be used as a bathtub-setting foam. Once cured, the product offers robust resistance to cold, heat and water. What’s more, the foam is semi-rigid, elastic and predominantly closed-cell.
